Beginning her career in actuarial consulting and healthcare underwriting, she leveraged her financial acumen and analytical skills that she developed during her collegiate studies in Mathematics Education. After entering the consulting space, she transitioned into managing the health and welfare strategies of various organizations. Serving as a trusted advisor to her clients, she brought innovation and expertise to solve their business needs.

Throughout this journey, she reignited her passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. This led her to enter the coaching and talent management space, where she most recently served as the Vice President of Talent Development at a large corporation. During her tenure as Vice President, she was dedicated to cultivating excellence and driving transformation within the organization. Her experience as a certified coach allowed her to guide and empower her clients and colleagues, which also included leveraging Gallup’s CliftonStrengths® framework to unlock their unique talents and put them into action.

Then after spending 17 years in the corporate space, she exited her role as Vice President and launched her own coaching and consulting company.
